Our philosophy is simple: get to know the client, dream with them about what is possible, make sure their house is safe, give them options and then sit back and let them decide what is best for them. We believe that the perfect job is when the customer gets what they want, and we can sleep at night, knowing we did the Wright thing.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Care about our Clients.
- Communicate with various types of people.
- Expertly perform all facts of residential electrical work, such as:
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems.
- Complete electrical service upgrades.
- Install various circuit and wiring in occupied homes.
Requirements:
- A smile and great communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Knowledge of NEC and IRC
- Ability to evaluate, discuss, and educate on all facts of the Electrical system with homeowners
- Willingness to allow Clients to decide what is the best fit for them
- Must pass drug and background check (including driving record)
- Moral and ethical beliefs
- Attention to detail
- Can respond to challenges with a “get it done” philosophy
- Initiative taker with great organizational skills
